R1600C CNC BUTT FUSION WELDING MACHINE WITH WELDING RANGE 1000-1600MM
CNC Type: Jointing cycle monitoring function is built in our CNC control system to make sure pressure, temperature are met within each phase. And other failure factors such as pipe slip, power off, etc. during jointing process can be captured. Failure code will be recorded. More than 2000 joint records can be stored in our CNC system, you can print the current record with integrated printer, and to transfer the history data with USB device. Data transit unit is available upon further technical discussion. Our Touch screen has good guidance function to help your operator to complete the welding process successfully. Importantly, the set value and real value of all parameters of joint cycles are all recorded, fusion program standard, operator code, and some other job site information also can be collected and recorded.
